Miller of the Fairmount Park Art Association to Thomas Martin, Secretary of the Fairmount Park Commission, notifying him of a resolution to offer the newly purchased Penguins sculpture by Albert Laessle to the Commission for installation at the entrance to the Bird House at the Philadelphia Zoo.
