Correspondence and memoranda regarding the conservation, maintenance, and restoration of park sculptures (1926-2004), including a 1926 report on corrosion stains on park monuments and a 1994 memorandum regarding the annual sculpture wash and wax program. Records documenting the Fairmount Park Commission's 1977 search for the two women who modeled for Beatrice Fenton's Seaweed Girl and Nereid Fountain, including a press release announcing the search and a clipping reporting that model Mary Wilson had been located. Also includes 2009 correspondence regarding Wilson's family, a deed of trust (2000), a charitable trust agreement (2001), and an undated description of the sculpture submitted to the Art Jury.
