Historical note
La Noce Park is the site of the former "Wissahickon Public School." The Park was established on June 9 1984 by way of transfer to the Fairmount Park Commission. The Park is named for barber and community leader Sabatina LaNoce (d. 1980). La Noce Park is bounded by Osborne Street, Rochelle Avenue, and Kalos Street. The Park is 0.51 acres.
