Pennypack Park. Plan to revise the lines and grades on a portion of city plan no. 362, bounded by Krewstown Road, Meeting House Road, Bloomfield Avenue, property line southeast of Verree Road and property line southwest of Surrey Road, by striking from the city plan Bloomfield Avenue, from a property line approximately 280’ southwest of Verree Road to Meeting House Road by reducing the width of Bloomfield Avenue from Verree Road to the said property line southeastwardly therefrom by placing upon the city plan Bloomfield Avenue (in a new location), Bloomfield Place, Alpena Road, Bingham Street, Rising Sun Avenue, Camas Drive, Turton Drive, Norvelt Drive, Old Farm Road, Hoven Road, hedgerow Lane, Alton Street and Heacock Lane, and by placing upon the city plan certain rights-of-way for drainage purposes, and to vacate Meeting House Road, from Krewstown Road to Rising Sun Avenue, 57th Ward [2 versions]., 1958 September 18, 1959 March 16

This collection contains a variety of maps, plans and drawings relating to Pennypack Park. Materials included in the collection are blueprints, bluelines, linens, mylars and paper. The collection contains diverse types of maps and plans, such as sewer plans, topographic plans, site plans, latitudinal and longitudinal plans, water main plans, street maps, and landscape plans. The collection is particularly strong in items relating to city and utility plans, and contains limited information relating to structural sites such as the Pennypack Bandshell and the former Pennypack Stables. Items included in this collection are dated from 1897 to 2003. All items included are in English.
