Scope and Contents

Correspondence from Joseph Patterson and John Wanamaker on behalf of the Committee of Contributors to the John Welsh Memorial Fund proposing improvements to the concourse on the Centennial Grounds to be named the John Welsh Concourse (1886), a letter from Patterson reporting that work is nearly complete and awaiting the arrival of a fountain component (1887), and a copy of 'The Proceedings at the Dedication of the John Welsh Memorial, 23rd June 1887.' Also includes reproductions of architectural drawings, correspondence regarding landscape improvements and engineering services (1992-2024), architectural drawings (2023), and clipping reproductions (1886, 1887).
