Featured Fairmount Park Commissioners include Ernesta Ballard, Fitz Eugene Dixon Jr, Robert McConnell, William Mifflin, and Pete Hoskins. Other notable people pictured include Governor Dick Thornburgh, Mayors Frank Rizzo and John Street, and City Councilmen Frank Rizzo Jr and Darrell Clarke.
