Plan revising the lines and grades on City Plans nos. 286 and 287 of the area bounded by Cathedral Road, Wissahickon Avenue, Clyde Lane, Manatawna Avenue, a drainage right-of-way and the line of Fairmount Park; by striking from the city plan portions of Paisley Road, Grakyn Lane, Skye Drive, Clyde Lane, Sequoia Road, Crichton Road, Laurie Lane, Thomas Mill Road, and Miami Lane, including the vacation of the legally open portions thereof; by striking from the city plan certain rights-of-way for drainage purposes; by placing on the city plan, in new locations, Sequoia Road, from Clyde Lane to Grakyn Lane, and Graklyn Lane, from a property line approximately one hundred twenty feet northeast of Wissahickon Avenue to Sequoia Road, and by placing on the city plan a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes.
