Events include the National Recreation and Park Association convention, Christmas party for senior citizens, Neighborhood League Basketball Championship game, Department of Recreation float at the Thanksgiving Day Parade, 76ers basketball clinic at Camp Overbrook, Department of Recreation employee Christmas party at the Mummers Museum, art camp, environmental camp, and 1999 Senior Games. Also includes headshots of Recreation Department employees. Notable people pictured include Recreation Commissioner Robert Crawford and Recreation Department mascot Phred the Panda.
