Plan revising the lines and grades on City Plan no. 46-S by reducing the width of Pattison Avenue, from Twentieth Street to a point approximately twelve hundred feet west of Twentieth Street, by striking from the City Plan and vacating the southernmost thirty-six feet wide portion; by reducing the width of the cartway; by reducing the width of the southerly sidewalk; by maintaining the width of the northerly sidewalk and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes and public utility purposes. All items in this collection are related to Franklin Delano Roosevelt Park, and they range from plans of notable buildings to maps of the park grounds. Items vary greatly in size, medium, and material, in addition to subject matter. The collection is especially strong in Olmsted drawings (reproductions), items related to Bellaire Manor and the American Swedish Historical Museum, and items related to the park's water features. There are no documents relating to the skatepark, and limited documents relating to the Sesquicentennial Exposition.
