Plan to revise the lines and grades on portions of City Plan nos. 46-S and 52-S by reducing the width of Pattison Avenue from Penrose Avenue to a point six hundred feet east of Penrose Avenue by widening Penrose Avenue from Pattison Avenue to the Philadelphia Belt Line Railroad Company by placing on the City Plan Sheaff Lane from Penrose Avenue to a turnaround approximately fourteen hundred seventy feet south of Penrose Avenue by providing channelization in and along Pattison Avenue, Penrose Avenue and Sheaff Lane and by placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes. All items in this collection are related to Franklin Delano Roosevelt Park, and they range from plans of notable buildings to maps of the park grounds. Items vary greatly in size, medium, and material, in addition to subject matter. The collection is especially strong in Olmsted drawings (reproductions), items related to Bellaire Manor and the American Swedish Historical Museum, and items related to the park's water features. There are no documents relating to the skatepark, and limited documents relating to the Sesquicentennial Exposition.
